We are currently manufacturing premium quality nozzles due to the reduced demand for standard nozzles.

 

The general production process of carbide material for Co-WC alloy combines material by vacuum sintering technology.

 

We adopt unique processing technique that combines WC powder through binderless methodology.

Although this process is difficult to process due to its material hardness, we go through a vigorous process to achieve the hardness and wear of these carbide material to a superior standard to other general carbides.

 

And as a result the outcome is an improved quality in high temperature and high corrosion resistance to endure harsh working environment.
